Yes. In a build-your-own pack, anything counts toward the same volume tier. In an OutDare pack, you split your cans between OutDare nicotine and energy however you like.
No — an OutDare pack is already the deepest price we offer, so it doesn't combine with the volume tiers. It's the better deal on its own.
