Method

Read directly from the DarePouch storefront backend on the 1st of each month. Coverage is every listing in the International catalogue carrying a valid retail SKU. Prices are in euros, tax inclusive, as charged at checkout, and are the price of one can before any volume discount. DarePouch sells in rolls of ten and applies automatic basket discounts from five cans upward, so the transacted price is frequently lower than the figure published here. Treat this as a shelf price, not an average selling price.

Strength bands are < 6 mg, 6–12 mg (inclusive at both ends) and > 12 mg, measured per pouch. The three bands are exhaustive: the generator refuses to publish a month whose bands do not sum to the full nicotine range. Energy pouches contain caffeine, not nicotine, and are excluded from every nicotine strength and price-per-mg calculation. Accessories are excluded entirely.

What this data does not say

Being explicit about the limits is what makes the rest usable.

• There is no price-by-country breakdown, and we will not invent one. The store runs a single price list at zero adjustment: a customer in Finland and a customer in Portugal see the same euro figure. Four markets display converted GBP, USD, CAD and AUD prices, but that is a front-end conversion over the same EUR price, and the same EUR amount is charged. A “national average” here would be the same number repeated.
• Availability is DarePouch’s, not the market’s. It measures what one marketplace could actually ship on the day of measure. A brand missing from our shelf may be perfectly available elsewhere. It is a useful supply signal precisely because retailers rarely publish it — but it is one retailer’s shelf, and should be described that way.
• Brand-level availability is not published. The dataset carries brand-level prices and the aggregate availability rate only. We are not going to name individual suppliers’ stock gaps in a public file.
• Nothing here is a statement about legality or regulatory status in any jurisdiction. The index records what is listed and at what price on a European marketplace. Whether a given product may be sold or bought in a given country is a legal question this data does not answer and does not attempt to.

A different cut?

If another breakdown would be more useful — a specific brand set, a longer flavour or format view, a series once we have more months — ask. The catalogue is read fresh each month and most cuts are a small change to the generator.
