LAGOM Nicotine Pouches
Just the right amount.
LAGOM is the Swedish word for “just enough”, and the range is built that way: three mints, fresh, apple and peach, at four measured strengths, from a nicotine-free Zero to 10.4mg per pouch. Slim, all-white, tobacco-free, shipped fresh from Denmark.

LAGOM Nicotine Pouches — Four Measured Strengths, from Zero to 10.4mg
LAGOM takes its name from the Swedish word for “just enough”: not too little, not too much. The brand, Belagom AB in Stockholm, keeps its range short and balanced: three mint flavours, Fresh Mint, Apple Mint and Peach Mint, each at up to four strengths, in the same slim, all-white pouch.
The strength steps are even: a nicotine-free Zero, then Light, Strong and Extra Strong, the nicotine doubling from one to the next. Most of the range sits on the gentle side, which makes LAGOM an easy first pouch, and the Zero cans keep the flavour and the ritual with no nicotine at all.
At DarePouch we keep every LAGOM can in climate-controlled storage, so it ships fresh from Denmark.
What Strengths Do LAGOM Nicotine Pouches Come In?
Four. The can prints the nicotine per gram of pouch (“Strong 8mg”); with 0.65g pouches, here is what each one holds:
| On the Can | Nicotine / Pouch | Nicotine / Gram | Strength Tier | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Zero | 0 mg | 0 mg/g | Nicotine-Free | The flavour and the ritual, without nicotine |
| Light 4mg | 2.6 mg | 4 mg/g | Light | A first nicotine pouch, or a very gentle everyday one |
| Strong 8mg | 5.2 mg | 8 mg/g | Light | Light users who want a little more |
| Extra Strong 16mg | 10.4 mg | 16 mg/g | Strong | Regular users who want a firm, steady hit |
LAGOM's names run a step ahead of the numbers: its Strong is a light pouch, and its Extra Strong a strong one.

How to Use LAGOM Nicotine Pouches
- Open the can — the lid has a compartment for used pouches.
- Take a single pouch — never use more than one at a time.
- Place it under your upper lip — between lip and gum, where it sits flat and discreet.
- Keep it in for 20–30 minutes — flavour and nicotine are released as the pouch moistens. A light tingle is normal.
- Dispose of it responsibly — in the lid compartment, then in a bin, never on the ground.
