OutDare - Sleep Pouches
The best sleep of your life is one pouch away. Nicotine and caffeine raise your heart rate. Perfect for focus by day, it's exactly what keeps you awake at night. So the last pouch of the day is this one: a CBD and melatonin formula built to switch you off, in a pouch made exactly like OutDare Nicotine and Energy. Same burn, no craving. You'll sleep too well.
Swapped my 11 pm nicotine for this. Same burn on the gum, and I'm out in half an hour.
No grogginess in the morning, that was my worry. Woke up clear.
CBD gummies did nothing for me. This one goes through the gum, you actually feel it.
Energy by day, this at night. Finally the full set.
Three days to Spain, discreet box. Sleeping deeper since the first week.
The burn is sharp like the nicotine one, so my brain accepts it. No craving at night.
Night shifts. One in the car home, asleep by the time I'm in bed.
20 nights per can. Cheaper than the melatonin tablets I was on, and it works.
The only thing you need to know
Why you'll sleep too well.
Two reasons. One is about what you stop taking at night. The other is about what you take instead.
Nicotine and caffeine keep you up.
Both are stimulants. They raise your heart rate and keep your brain switched on. That's exactly what you want at 10 am, and exactly what's wrecking your night at 11 pm. A nicotine pouch before bed is a daytime tool used at the wrong hour. So at night, you don't quit the pouch. You switch it.
What's inside switches you off.
20 mg of CBD to take the edge off. Melatonin to tell your body it's night. Piperine and MCT oil so both get through your gum. And it's built like your daytime pouch: same burn, same spot under the lip. Your brain gets the pouch it was waiting for. No nicotine craving. No energy craving. Only sleep.
Same ritual. Different chemistry. That's the whole trick.
Mint Terpene. Cold from the plant, not from candy.
Terpenes are the aromatic molecules a plant makes to smell like itself. OutDare's come from the mint plant: menthol for the cold on your gum, menthone for the herbal body, eucalyptol for the clean lift. It tastes the way mint actually tastes. And because the burn on the gum is the one you know from your daytime pouch, your brain reads it as "pouch in, it's working" and stops asking for nicotine.
Built to absorb. Piperine, MCT oil and beta-cyclodextrin carry the CBD through the gum lining instead of the stomach: faster, with less lost on the way.

A lifesaver for 12-hour shiftsI work in an underground coal mine and can't take energy drinks down, so caffeine pouches are a great alternative. Thomas has been awesome throughout: I even double paid and he sorted it all out.

Frequently asked questions
No. CBD is not THC, and the can is THC free. You feel a pouch, cool mint and a light burn on the gum, not a head change.
One pouch under the upper lip, 20 to 30 minutes before bed. Keep it 20 to 30 minutes, then take it out and dispose of it. One pouch is the dose, and never sleep with a pouch in.
No. The melatonin is there to set the clock, not to knock you out. Take the pouch out before you sleep, sleep, wake up. Most people wake up clearer than usual, because for once they actually slept.
Yes, that's the OutDare system: Nicotine when you want control, Energy when you want focus, Sleep when you want out. Same burn, same ritual, all three. Each with its own mint. Start by replacing the last pouch of the night, the one that keeps you up.
Every order ships tracked from Denmark. With our standard service, via PostNord, delivery takes 2–5 business days in Europe, the UK and the US; depending on your country, checkout may also offer a pickup point or home delivery by GLS, DPD or DHL, each with its own delivery time.
Orders placed before 12:00 (Danish time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are sent out the next business day.
Not within the EU.
Your order ships from Denmark inside the EU: VAT is included and the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no customs charges. Outside the EU (UK, US…), import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival, depending on your country.
